Commit longer, pay less per box
KiwiCo and Raddish both cut the price per box as the plan gets longer; Lovevery prices each kit by your child's stage. The tables put the plans side by side and add up a year.

KiwiCo states its prices as starting points; its annual plan is from $24 per crate paid upfront, or from $26 billed monthly with a year's commitment. Raddish bills its 6- and 12-month plans upfront ($155.70 and $275.40).
What you trade for the lower price
Upfront payment. KiwiCo's annual plan is paid once for 12 crates; its pay-as-you-go annual plan bills monthly but commits you to a year1. Raddish's 12-month plan bills $275.40 once2.
Flexibility. KiwiCo describes its monthly plan as month-to-month with cancel anytime1. Before choosing a longer plan, read what happens if you cancel partway: the company's terms decide whether any unused boxes are refunded.
Lovevery is priced per kit. Play Kits cost $88 every 2 months in the first year and $132 every 3 months after that3. By our arithmetic both work out to $528 a year, with no plan-length discount shown on the page.
Growing out of it. A year is a long time at some ages. Check the line's age range against your child's age a year from now.
