Gift plans that stop on their own

If the concern is that a subscription keeps charging after Christmas, Mysteries in Time has a gift plan at checkout: choose the number of boxes, add a personalised note and the plan auto-cancels when the chosen boxes have shipped3. The recipient does not need to cancel.

What actually arrives on Christmas morning. With a new subscription, you are buying a plan that delivers boxes over time. The first box ships within 2-3 working days and a personalised message is included on that first box3. If you order by late November, the first box is the Christmas gift; later boxes arrive monthly.

The December renewal problem. If you already subscribe and want the box to arrive before Christmas, note that monthly boxes after the first ship the week of the 23rd2. A December renewal box ships around December 23 and will not arrive before Christmas. The first box of a new subscription is different: it ships when ordered.

When should I order a Mysteries in Time subscription for Christmas 2026?

Will a December renewal box arrive before Christmas?

No. Monthly boxes after the first ship the week of the 23rd2. A December renewal for an existing subscription will ship around December 23 and will not arrive before Christmas. Only the first box of a new subscription ships when you order it.
